11.1 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 or $1000 is required to secure your booking for a retreat.. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the retreat.
11.2 Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 35 days before the retreat start date. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in the cancellation of your booking.
12. PAYMENT
12.1 Payment Methods: Payments for Services can be made through third-party payment processors like Stripe.
12.2 Responsibility: We are not liable for any errors or issues arising from payment processing conducted by third-party providers.
13. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR RETREATS
13.1 Cancellation 90 Days Prior: Full refund minus the $500 or 1,000 non-refundable deposit.
13.2 Cancellation Less Than 90 Days Prior: No refunds will be issued.
13.3 Final Payment: Failure to pay the remaining balance by 35 days prior may result in full cancellation without refund.
14. TRAVEL INSURANCE REQUIREMENT FOR RETREATS
14.1 Mandatory Insurance: Travel insurance is required for all retreat participants, covering emergency medical expenses, trip cancellation, and trip interruption.
14.2 Proof of Insurance: Proof of insurance must be provided at least 21 days prior to the retreat start date. Failure to provide proof may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
15.1 Obligation: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CHRISTINA L. MATTHEW, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Website or Services, including legal fees.

17. MODIFICATION & VARIATION
