1.5 Retreat Purpose: This retreat is designed for Leaders and Visionaries of the Christian Faith to pause, recharge, and receive encouragement on their purposeful journey.

2.5 Quiet Reflection: Enjoy dedicated quiet time for personal reflection.

3. WHAT’S INCLUDED 

3.1 Accommodation: 5 days/4 nights at a luxurious all-inclusive resort, location specified per retreat. 

3.2 Transportation: Deluxe private airport transfers to and from the resort. 

3.3 Meals and Beverages: All meals and non-premium drinks included. Some premium drinks are included, based on resort policy. 

3.4 Welcome Reception: Meet and connect with fellow participants in a relaxed atmosphere. 

3.5 Small Group Sessions: Led by Christina Matthew for deep reflection and personal growth. 

3.6 Coaching Session: Personalized "Push on Purpose" coaching session with Christina Matthew. 

3.7 Retreat Workbook: Comprehensive Holy Spirit Retreat Workbook for ongoing spiritual growth. 

3.8 Spa Treatments: Access to premium spa services (as specified per retreat). 

3.9 VIP Experience: Excellence Club VIP amenities and personalized attention. 

4. EXCLUSIONS 

4.1 Personal Expenses: The retreat fee does not include personal expenses such as travel to and from the Retreat, optional spa treatments, select premium alcoholic beverages, and unscheduled activities. 

4.2 Additional Purchases: Personal purchases made at the Venue’s gift shops or concessions are also excluded.

5. RESERVATION POLICY 

5.1 Deposit: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for the retreat. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the retreat.
5.2 Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 35 days prior to the retreat start date. Failure to make the final payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking, without a refund of the $500 non-refundable deposit. 

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

6.1 Cancellations 90 Days Prior: If you cancel your booking 90 days or more before the retreat start date, you will receive a 50% refund of any payments made, minus the $500 non-refundable deposit.
6.2 Cancellations Less Than 90 Days Prior: If you cancel your booking less than 90 days before the retreat start date, no refunds will be issued. 

7. ACCOMMODATIONS 

7.1 Room Assignment: Accommodation options are resort suites and will be assigned based on the Participant’s preference and availability.
7.2 Room Damages: Any damages to the room or facility caused by the Participant must be paid for by the Participant. 

8. TRAVEL INSURANCE REQUIREMENT 

8.1 Mandatory Insurance: For the safety and protection of all participants, travel insurance is mandatory. You agree to obtain and provide proof of the following types of insurance at least 21 days prior to the retreat start date:

8.5. Proof of Insurance: Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the $1,000 non-refundable deposit.

9. CONDUCT AND SAFETY 

9.1 Compliance: Participants must comply with all local laws and Venue regulations.
9.2 Behavior: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the Retreat without a refund. 

10. AGE RESTRICTIONS 

10.1 Minimum Age Requirement: Participation requires a minimum age of 21 years.
10.2 Proof of Age: Proof of age may be required prior to the commencement of the services. Christina L. Matthew, LLC reserves the right to cancel any booking that does not comply with this age restriction, without a refund of the $500 non-refundable deposit. 

RETREAT WAIVER AGREEMENT

11. RETREAT WAIVER AGREEMENT 

By accepting this Agreement, the Participant agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below and acknowledges the risks and responsibilities associated with participating in the retreat. 

11.1 PARTICIPATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK 

The Participant acknowledges that participation in the Retreat is voluntary and that they are aware of the inherent risks and hazards involved. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical injury, emotional distress, and travel-related incidents. 

11.2 MEDICAL CONDITION AND TREATMENT 

The Participant certifies that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the Retreat. The Participant agrees to disclose any relevant medical conditions or concerns to the Retreat organizers prior to the start of the Retreat. In the event of a medical emergency, the Participant authorizes Christina Matthew and designated Retreat staff to seek and obtain appropriate medical treatment on their behalf. 

11.3 PERSONAL PROPERTY 

The Participant understands that they are solely responsible for their personal belongings during the Retreat. Christina Matthew and the Retreat organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. 

11.4 RELEASE OF LIABILITY 

In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Retreat, the Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges Christina Matthew, the Retreat organizers, and any affiliated entities, employees, agents, or representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Participant while participating in the Retreat. 

11.5 INDEMNIFICATION 

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Christina Matthew, the Retreat organizers, and any affiliated entities, employees, agents, or representatives from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to the Participant’s involvement in the Retreat. 

11.6 TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS 

The Participant acknowledges that they are responsible for arranging and paying for their own flight to and from the Retreat location. The Retreat includes deluxe private airport transfers, but the Participant must ensure timely arrival and departure in coordination with the provided transfer services. 

11.7 GOVERNING LAW 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

11.8 PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE 

The Participant grants permission to Christina Matthew and the Retreat organizers to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Retreat for promotional or educational purposes. 

11.9 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All program materials provided during the Retreat are proprietary and copyrighted by the Retreat Organizer or its partners. Participants are not permitted to copy or distribute materials without explicit permission. 

11.10 CONFIDENTIALITY 

The nature of some Retreat activities may require the Organizer & Participants to share personal experiences. Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared by others during these sessions. 

11.11 AMENDMENTS 

Amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. No verbal agreement or promise shall be considered binding. 

11.12 ENTIRE AGREEMENT 

This document, including any attachments and appendices, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the Retreat and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
