 This retreat is for Leaders and Visionaries of the Christian Faith and offers you the opportunity to pause, recharge, and receive divine encouragement on your purposeful journey.

2. Retreat Experience

• Connect with  like-minded individuals in a small group setting.

•  Participate in activities focused on self-care, fostering holistic wellbeing

3. Inclusions 

The retreat package includes:

3.4. Daily Coaching Sessions: One-on-one personalized coaching sessions with Christina Matthew. 

Note: The Organizer will be accompanied by an assistant/chaperone, whose costs are factored into the overall retreat fee.

 4. Exclusions

The retreat fee does not cover: 

4.1. Personal expenses such as airfare travel to and from the retreat location, optional spa treatments, premium alcoholic beverages, and any activities not included in the retreat schedule. 

4.2. Personal purchases made at the retreat venue’s gift shops or concessions.

Note: Roundtrip Airfare can be arranged at an additional cost.

5. Booking and Payment Policies

 Reservation Policy 

5.1. Reservation Policy: To secure your place in the retreat, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the retreat. 

5.2. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 35 days prior to the retreat start date. Failure to make the final payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy 

By booking this retreat, you agree to the following terms: 

6.1. Cancellations 90 Days Prior: Cancellations made 90 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of payments made, minus the $1,000 non-refundable deposit. 

6.2. Cancellations Less Than 90 Days Prior: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 90 days before the retreat start date.

7. Accommodations

Accommodation will be selected based on the participant’s preferences and availability. Any damages to the room or facilities caused by the participant must be covered by the participant.

8. Travel Insurance Requirement 

For the safety and protection of all participants, travel insurance is mandatory. You agree to obtain and provide proof of the following types of insurance at least 21 days prior to the retreat start date:

8.2. Trip Cancellation Insurance 

8.3. Trip Interruption Insurance 

8.4. Proof of Insurance: Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the $1,000 non-refundable deposit.

9. Conduct and Safety

Participants must comply with all local laws and venue regulations. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion from the retreat without a refund. The Organizer is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.

12. Age Restrictions

Participants must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be required prior to the commencement of the retreat. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any booking that does not comply with this age restriction, without a refund of the $1,000 non-refundable deposit..

11. Retreat Waiver Agreement 
11.1. Participation and Assumption of Risk: Participation is voluntary, and the participant acknowledges the inherent risks involved, including physical injury, emotional distress, and travel-related incidents.
11.2. Medical Condition and Treatment: The participant certifies their fitness to participate and agrees to disclose any relevant medical conditions. In the event of a medical emergency, the participant authorizes the Organizer to seek appropriate treatment. 
11.3. Personal Property: The participant is responsible for their personal belongings. The Organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage. 
11.4. Release of Liability: The participant releases the Organizer and affiliated entities from any claims related to loss, damage, or injury, including death. 
11.5. Indemnification: The participant agrees to indemnify the Organizer against any claims arising from their participation. 
11.6. Travel Arrangements: The participant is responsible for arranging and paying for their flight to and from the retreat location. 
11.7. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert State]. 
11.8. Photographic Release: The participant grants permission for use of photos and videos taken during the retreat for promotional or educational purposes. 
11.9. Intellectual Property: Program materials are copyrighted and cannot be copied or distributed without permission. 
11.10. Confidentiality: Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared during the retreat. 
11.11. Amendments: Amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. 
11.12. Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. 

The Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Waiver Agreement and the associated Terms and Conditions of the Retreat.
